Solved: Lost "Send to Desktop (create shortcut)


  1. Open Notepad
  2. Do not enter any text into the file
  3. Click File then Save As...
  4. In the File Name box, type %userprofile%\sendto and click Enter
  5. Then in the File Name box type in "Desktop (create shortcut).DESKLINK" including the "" marks
  6. Click Save
